In honor of a couple of significant occasions, I was going to churn out a quick post with a few pictures and some cute captions. But, then I got absorbed in looking through the old pictures I found, and I realized it was going to be much harder than I thought to do the writing. So, I’m hoping the pictures speak for themselves.
Remembering a great dad…
The picture above was taken six years ago this weekend when I had the privilege of marrying a man I most certainly don’t deserve. He is everything one could want in a husband. And, I marvel at the way he fathers our girls. I am so thankful for who he is and how he loves his family.
So, to the Spouse… Happy Anniversary!
And, to him and all the other sweet dads who will be celebrated this weekend…

Julie, thanks! And, I hope you had a fun weekend with your crew! When I was looking through the old albums to find those pics, I ran across a bunch of us (and our parents) in the fabulous 70's and early 80's. Lots of good memories 🙂
Yes we did have some great memories :). We need to get together very soon. I hate that we live so far away. This summer we will be taking the boys to Chicago. So maybe Christmas break we can make a trip to TN. Have a great week! The boys start VBS this week. <3 Julie
