An Aussie Christmas…
On Sunday, Toddler 1 bounded up the stairs yelling:
“Daddy! I need to go upstairs and find my kangaroos!”
A few minutes later she came back down with these:
I can see the resemblance… especially if you cover up the antlers and squint a little bit. And, really, kangaroos would make fairly efficient helpers for Santa. Sure, the sleigh ride would be a little bouncy, but the pouches would come in handy for extra toy storage.
This year, the red-nosed kangaroos might just give Rudolph a run–or a hop–for his money.
