And, the best thing about a birthday party for a one-year old is that the guest of honor never knows he or she is the guest of honor. This is not the best of family pictures, but what I love about it is the way it captures the Baby doing what she does best: marching full-speed ahead to get to her next mission. In this case, I think she had spotted a leaf she wanted to eat.
Since I’m pretty sure she won’t remember it {and there’s a good chance I’ll forget all the details}, I’m just glad I’ve got it documented here that we did, in fact, have a party for a certain super busy one-year old.
